When you purchase a compliance pack, we collect the following information through our intake form:

• Your name and email address
• Your property address
• Details about your tenancy (start date, rent amount, deposit amount, tenant name)
• Your answers to the intake questions

We also collect payment information through Stripe. We do not store your card details — these are handled entirely by Stripe and subject to their privacy policy.

How we use your data

We use the information you provide solely to:

• Generate your personalised compliance pack
• Send the compliance pack to your email address
• Respond to any support queries you raise

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for marketing without your consent.

Who we share your data with

To deliver the service, we share data with the following processors:

• Anthropic — your intake form answers are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate your compliance pack. Anthropic processes this data in accordance with their privacy policy and API terms.
• Resend — we use Resend to deliver your compliance pack by email.
• Stripe — we use Stripe to process payments securely.

How long we keep your data

We retain your name, email address, and property details for up to 12 months following your purchase, in case you need support or a copy of your compliance pack. After this period your data is deleted.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to processing of your data
