Is this legal advice?

No. This is practical guidance based on the Renters Rights Act 2025 as in force in April 2026. It tells you what the law requires and how to comply. For complex disputes or possession proceedings, consult a solicitor.

What if I have more than one property?

Buy one pack per property. Each pack is personalised to that specific address, tenancy start date, tenant details, and your plans. A generic pack covering multiple properties would not give you the specific guidance each one needs.

My property is currently empty — do I still need this?

Yes. We generate a new-format Assured Periodic Tenancy agreement compliant with the Act, ready for your next tenant. You cannot use your old AST template after 30 April 2026.

Will I need to buy another pack when the law changes again?

Phase 2 of the Act — including mandatory landlord database registration — is expected later in 2026. Everyone who buys now will hear about the update pack first.

I use a letting agent — do I need this?

If your agent is fully managing the property and actively advising you on the Act, probably not. If you are unsure what your obligations are, this pack will give you certainty.
